Understanding Grief as a Front Line Worker

Much is expected from frontline workers who often volley between supporting and mediating crises of patients/clients, their own trauma and grief. This session explores topics such as cumulative and disenfranchised grief, secondary trauma, and grief related to both death and non-death losses, in the frontline institutional context.
